This beautiful, 5 bedroom home is decorated in modern, stylish colours with quality furnishings throughout. All our guests are welcomed with its ‘home away from home’ feel. The home is perfect for a gathering of friends, a family reunion, or two families wanting to get away and experience the beautiful City of Bath. All the main attractions of Bath - country walks, parks, shops, restaurants, museums and history, are within a short walk from this home.

Good to know

This stylish, 5 bedroom home, won’t feel like your standard Airbnb. It’s a home away from home, with all the comforts of your own place, so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay in Bath. This is the perfect home for 2 families to share. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with Daybeds (one with a trundle). There is also a shower and separate toilet downstairs. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. One upstairs bedroom has a super king bed, and room for a travel cot (provided on request). The other bedroom has two single beds (with a single bed mattress for the floor, if needed). The 3rd room upstairs is the smallest room, with a single daybed. The middle floor has an open plan living/dining room, with a separate kitchen. The designer living room is equipped with a 50” plasma screen, with Netflix. There is a selection of board games to enjoy, and an Xbox with 100+ games & multi-player subscription. The kitchen is well equipped for all your catering needs during your stay. The back patio is a sun trap all day, with a large umbrella, and seating for your whole party.

Other Details to Note

No parties or events. No smoking. There is 2hr free parking right outside the home (subject to availability) for you to load and unload, and there is free parking in a residential area 5/10mins walk from the home. There is also parking in Avon street Carpark in town (5mins walk from the house) for £15per day.

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours. - As we live in a residential area, please respect our neighbours by being quiet after 10pm. - To keep the high standards of cleanliness, we ask that our guests remove their shoes when they enter the house. There are slippers provided. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £50 + £15 per hour

We are just 5mins walk from the train & bus station, and a 5min walk into the city centre. Walking distance from all the main attractions that historic Bath has to offer. Alexandra Park (which boasts breathtaking views across the city) is a short, pretty walk through the woods, out the back gate of our home.

We had a great weekend staying here as friends to visit Bath, it was a great spot to explore the city from and very comfortable. Easy to cook in the kitchen and good space for the 8 of us. Jonny was very helpful and responsive in the weeks leading up to the stay as well.

Really nice townhouse in a great location - a few minutes walk from city centre but just far enough to be quiet in the evenings. Everything was spotless and lounge/dining area and kitchen were perfect for us. Thanks!

Nine of us, (a family of three generations), spent a long weekend in this super home to celebrate my granddaughters 18th birthday. We have nothing but praise for how the house accommodated us, and it met all of our requirements. From the superb kitchen, (and the welcoming basket of food essentials), to the clean and comfortable bedrooms, hot showers and the welcoming living room, we felt we were sharing someone's home that was cared for and had many personal touches. It meant we were all very relaxed, comfortable, - and impressed. A short walk downhill and we reached the city centre, and similarly, a short walk in the opposite direction and we were able to park two cars for free for the week end, (as mentioned in the welcome information). We all had a great time in Bath, Thank you Susannah and Jonny.
