La camera era davvero bella e confortevole. Non ci sono bisogno di chiavi per l'accesso: c'è 1 display con codice. L'host è davvero eccellente: ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni del caso, molto utile quelle per i parcheggi. La collocazione della casa è vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 1 decina di minuti scarsi. In camera c'era anche tutto l'occorrente x la colazione.

Excellent apartment for a group of friends, reliant on sofa beds to make up some of the capacity but comfy none the less and clean. Kitchen well equipped and nice welcome hamper. Close walk into town and parking options nearby. Host was very responsive and organised a travel cot at no cost - thanks! All was good!

Der Kontakt mit Gastgeber Jonny war problemlos, es wurde immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen; aber trotzdem ruhig. Großzügige, komfortable Wohnung mit Garten. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings. Loved the windows and views below. Has a washing and drying machine that worked great. Communication with the property and how to get in was very good. Location was exceptional to walk to shops and dinning. Parking is difficult. We parked the car overnight 1/2-1 mile away on a residential street and we got a ticket. It cost 35 pounds and we were able to pay it instantly online. It was our fault for not following the property management’s parking recommendations.

Amazing views nice modern feeling clean and fresh felt like a little escape great host and owner had everything and more you could need we will recommend to friends it was all perfect 🫶 Poor WiFi at times but that’s nothing

I've stayed in a lot of apartments around Bath over the years, sometimes as a couple and sometimes with the large family ...kids etc. This has to be the loveliest apartment of all! Some of the apartments I've stayed in had "cookie cutter" interiors but Summertime is a beautifully equipped bolt hole. Lovely touches i.e. fresh milk, plenty of teas (multiple types), coffee, porridge and an iphone charger next to the bed. The colours and furnishings are very in keeping with historic Bath but with all the modern luxuries

Walking distance to centre of Bath attractions. Super comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. Access to apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. Could be tricky fir anyone with mobility issues

Very cozy and clean accommodation. The bed was comfortable. There was free tea and coffee in the room, and a mini fridge with milk available in the hallway, which was a nice touch. We only realized afterwards that parking is not available near the property, and the closest option is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is located at the top of a hill, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. We would not recommend it for guests traveling with large suitcases.

The property seems to be an addition to the Bath experience. Well located, close to facilities and town centre. The place was extremely clean, supplied and comfortable. It was such a good stay that I don’t see myself going back to Bath not staying there. It exceeded our expectations making us feel as it was part of our tour. Nothing. Well, the place is up in the hill, so the house name is very accurate.
