This property was excellent, beautiful spacious Georgian house over 3 levels. It was brilliant having the lounge to chat together in the evenings and there was plenty of space to eat when we dined in as there is a dining room and also a table in the kitchen/ diner. 3 shower rooms and an additional toilet too. It couldn’t have been located in a better position either… 3 or 4 minutes walk from the Abbey and Roman Baths and lots of places for breakfast nearby too. We had teenagers with us and they were easily able to explore Bath independently and we’d then all meet back at the house to plan evening meals in and out. We had a Tesco delivery to the property which worked well, very good kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, house was beautifully clean. There were 7 of us in this property aged between 13 and 53 and we all had an excellent holiday. It was a little tricky getting good airflow with the old style sash windows in 2 bedrooms but we did visit right in the middle of a heat wave and those period features are one of the reasons we chose to stay at the property so we shouldn’t complain!

Really lovely rooms, really liked the decor and especially the comfortable bed and the pillows. No English breakfast tea in our room. I usually bring my own but totally forgot.

A beautiful, exceptionally comfortable property in an excellent location. The flat has access to a truly magical garden, which made our stay feel even more special, and convenient parking is available very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and would definitely return.

The place was soo comfortable and so beautiful! Check-in was very easy and the owner was very helpful! Thank you for a lovely stay :) One suggestion would be to get one more fan as it did get quite hot one night - but other than that, everything was great!

Loved the room and building as a whole. Access easy and beds comfortable. Location fantastic for our son's graduation. Slightly disturbed by the neighbour enjoying his garden in the nude but totally realise this isn't The Bluebell's fault! Funny story to tell in the future 😀

The house has a very pleasant atmosphere and is in an excellent location—we were in the city center within five minutes. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and check-in was Ok. Parking was a bit difficult only because the street was under renovation. BATH was wonderful. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Molto confortevole e silenzioso. La stanza Green è molto spazioso e pulito con un bagno grande e moderno. C'è da poter fare il caffè e tè, insomma non manca nulla! La macchina parcheggiata lungo la strada davanti, tutto comodissimo. Mi è piaciuto tutto!

The location and the fact it was very clean. There were only two cups and two sets of towel when we were three people staying. The couch bed was much less comfortable than the main bed.

Wonderful tapestry and delightful decorations, very clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view of Bath, incredible during the day and during the night. We also see a balloon flying in front of us… magic. Nothing. Many people say you have to walk a lot to reach it… we don’t think so. It’s just 5 minutes away from Royal Crescent and the slope is the same as Gay Street, and only a quarter of the length.

With the historic and Georgian flavor of Bath, staying in a flat like this added to the experience. It had a lovely kitchen, a comfortable bed/bedroom both looking out into the garden space. They provided a fan as it has been unusually warm. The living room was reflective of the elegance of the past. At the end of the day I enjoyed relaxing and streaming British mysteries. I’m visiting London where I have a tub so using the shower with great water pressure was an added pleasure. The neighborhood was special with the Circus and Crescent almost next door and easy access to breakfast places like Go Slow and Enjoy & Green Bird. 15 minutes walk to the Abbey with lots to explore on the way.Easy communication with Jonny topped the visit. I extended my stay by two days then still didn’t want to leave but booked 😢
