Other Details to Note

While we are happy to welcome your dog, please make sure not to allow it on the sofa, armchair and bed. Please note, if you book for 2 guests, but would like to use the sofabed it'll cost £20 to cover our extra linen&towels cost. If you book for 3 guests, it is included in the price. Please note the last flight of stairs are quite steep, not recommended with mobility issues. Due to the building and pipes being old, when there is rainy weather in Bath, some smell can come up through the pipework in the bathroom. It rains often, but the issue happens rarely. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and obviously it's not ideal, but we can't do much about it when it rarely happens.

My partner and I were fortunate to find this lovely flat whilst planning our first ever trip to Bath. The co-host, Jonny, reached out with a warm welcome and mapped out everything we needed to know about our stay, including timings, utilities and collecting the keys. He kindly offered to extend our arrival and leaving times too for a small fee. The flat was immaculate and exactly as listed in his photos, which was a welcome relief after navigating Bath's hilly streets with luggage! It was a real treat being a short walk from the town centre and getting back to somewhere so cosy in the evening. Everything felt clean, fresh and was working as it should be. Having paid nearly double for a similar stay in hotels, I feel our stay was very reasonably priced. Thank you very much for making our stay that bit more special! :)

We had a great stay in Bath, the location of the flat was convenient for the city centre and for walking beyond. The host was always quick to respond to queries and sent excellent instructions for finding and accessing the property, even going as far as sending a picture of the front to make things easy. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but we found it spotlessly clean and well equipped for our stay. We were able to prepare food and despite being on a main road, it was quiet at night. Bath is a wonderful place to visit and we would highly recommend booking this apartment.

Absolutely beautiful location! Perfect for walking in and out of the centre of Bath. The view in the morning over the top of the houses was stunning. Has everything you could want, the hosts were really helpful and easy to get hold of if needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and I would 100% stay here again.
