This is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which begins on the second floor of this graceful building and offers views over one of the oldest streets in Bath; Old Orchard Street, where the original Theatre Royal was once located. BEDS: The lovely master bedroom has a king-sized painted brass and iron bed and a large shower room en-suite. Upstairs in the second bedroom, the beds can be arranged as a super-king or twin beds, depending on your requirements. This second bedroom also has a pretty en-suite bathroom. BATHROOMS: 1 large shower room en-suite to double bedroom and 1 small bathroom en-suite to twin bedroom. LOUNGE: Jack's has an open-plan living room, with ultra modern kitchen and dining area and has views from three Georgian windows out to Old Orchard Street. What makes Jack's flat remarkable is how the building's period features blend so well with its chic modern decor. There is a gracious communal courtyard garden at the back of the building that is accessible to all the residents in these ancient buildings and is a perfect spot to quietly relax away from the bustle of this exciting city. This is a wonderful flat, spread over two floors, providing both romance and luxury as well as all the comfort and roominess you might need for a family get-away.

There is paid parking available very close by at Manvers Street Car Park or Southgate Car Park. Both are within a few minutes walk of Jack's Place.

House Rules

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes - Please keep your noise level down especially after 10pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £50 + £15 per every hour started - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs - We let this on a self-catering basis and we hope you'll find everything you need there. Linen and towels are provided, there's a hairdryer in each bedroom and an iron & board are supplied. In the bathrooms you'll find complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. and in the well-equiped kitchen there is tea, coffee and a cookie jar! Children are welcome in Jack's as long as they and their parents are well behaved; a cot & high chair can be made available.

Everything about the place was great - cleanliness, location, the supplies in the kitchen (not that we needed or used them but nice to have the option!). The information provided in the unit was very detailed as to things to do, how to use laundry, etc. Location (for a tourist) could not be beat! Beds and furniture were comfortable and we felt right at home.

Jonny’s place is fantastic! Everything about it was perfect, very clean and finished to a very high standard. Excellent cooking facilities, plenty of heating and hot water, comfy beds and full of nice touches coffee pods, gorgeous soaps and hand creams. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay had been provided. Although in the city centre the road outside was exceptionally quiet throughout all of the stay. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the train and bus station making it very convenient to get around. Bath is quite a small place and walking around the sights was very easy. Easily the best air b and b I have stayed in. Highly recommend it. Would love to come back one day.

Super apartment in Bath . Great location and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like Milk in the fridge so we could have coffee 😁. We will be back for another weekend of great rugby .

I would highly recommend Jack’s Place and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Everything was as described and better. Jonny was a great host , very responsive and made everything easy for us. Could not have been happier .

We had a wonderful stay at Jack's Place in Bath. It was really conveniently located, an easy walk from the station and town. The place had everything we needed and was really nicely furnished. Jonny was easy to contact on the phone when we needed to get access to the room to store our luggage. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect AirBnB. Everything we thought of that we might need was already in the flat. Beautifully done, powerful shower, clean, comfy, cosy, tea and coffee well-stocked. One of, if not the, best booking I've made on here. Definitely will stay again next time we are in Bath. Not on the owner, but note that parking in Bath is difficult (particularly when rugby is on). Be prepared to pay £20 a day to park. Train probably a better option!
