This is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which begins on the second floor of this graceful building and offers views over one of the oldest streets in Bath; Old Orchard Street, where the original Theatre Royal was once located. BEDS: The lovely master bedroom has a king-sized painted brass and iron bed and a large shower room en-suite. Upstairs in the second bedroom, the beds can be arranged as a super-king or twin beds, depending on your requirements. This second bedroom also has a pretty en-suite bathroom. BATHROOMS: 1 large shower room en-suite to double bedroom and 1 small bathroom en-suite to twin bedroom. LOUNGE: Jack's has an open-plan living room, with ultra modern kitchen and dining area and has views from three Georgian windows out to Old Orchard Street. What makes Jack's flat remarkable is how the building's period features blend so well with its chic modern decor. There is a gracious communal courtyard garden at the back of the building that is accessible to all the residents in these ancient buildings and is a perfect spot to quietly relax away from the bustle of this exciting city. This is a wonderful flat, spread over two floors, providing both romance and luxury as well as all the comfort and roominess you might need for a family get-away.

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes - Please keep your noise level down especially after 10pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £50 + £15 per every hour started - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs - We let this on a self-catering basis and we hope you'll find everything you need there. Linen and towels are provided, there's a hairdryer in each bedroom and an iron & board are supplied. In the bathrooms you'll find complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. and in the well-equiped kitchen there is tea, coffee and a cookie jar! Children are welcome in Jack's as long as they and their parents are well behaved; a cot & high chair can be made available.

Really lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Very easy to pop back whilst taking in the city. I went with a friend, really nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and living areas lovely and spacious. Everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jonny’s place. The location is exceptional for exploring Bath. The kitchen is well- appointed and could support cooking any meal you could want, though we took advantage of the local food scene rather than cooking. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. We would book it again in a heartbeat!

Had a fantastic stay at Jacks Place to see in the New Year. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee etc. The apartment is minutes walk from the centre, near to shops, bars and restaurants with the underground car park about 3 min walk. Definitely recommend Jacks place and will certainly be booking again.

Jonny’s place is perfect for one or two couples staying together in Bath. It is brilliantly central but at the same time quiet. We did a last minute booking and Jonny was super helpful and quick to respond. The whole flat is beautifully decorated, the kitchen living room and attic bedroom are stylish and contemporary, the downstairs bedroom a more luxurious and cosy style. Being at the top of the building there is no noise from other apartments. I don’t hesitate to recommend Jonny’s delightful flat.
