STAIRS The house is set over 4 floors, so there are a stairs between most rooms, which you may need to consider if mobility is an issue or you have toddlers. TRAFFIC As the house is in the centre, and fronts onto the road - you can hear the traffic. You can only really hear it from the kitchen and lounge - and only really in daytime. If it is an issue the rooms have shutters which help block out any noise. But it's generally not an issue. BUNK ROOM Please note, the third bedroom is a bunk room. It is separated from the lounge by folding doors. There is space to put a suitcase etc.. but it is not an actual bedroom. DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER Due to this bathroom being below ground level, it might drain slower. This is due to the building characteristics and not something that can be changed. PARKING Due to the central location the property does not have its own parking space, you can park on the street or nearby for a maximum of 3 hours (ideal for unloading / loading). It is free between the hours of 7pm and 8am. Alternatively there is the Podium Car Park, or Charlotte Street which has long stay and is only a short walk away. There are streets about 15 mins walk that have free parking and there is also the park and ride. EARLY CHECKIN If we don't have a checkout on your day of arrival, we might be able to arrange early checkin. Please ask a day before arrival if interested.
