Other Details to Note

Please note we can not host children under 2 years of age. The fireplaces are not functioning, they are for decoration. Please note, the water heater tank is adequate to have comfortable showers, but it might not be sufficient to fill a bathtub full with hot water.

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes as it’s carpeted - Please keep your noise level down especially after 10pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started - Unauthorised sealed pack spare linen&towels use: £40 per pack opened - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs

It was a fantastic flat, very comfortable and a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our time there immensely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat, indeed wouldn't hesitate to book it again for any future visits to Bath.

First, Bath is a lovely, enchanting city, and the flat’s location was both an easy walk from the train station and centrally located to all of Bath’s main attractions. The flat was clean, decorated in a very cute fashion, and had all the necessary amenities, especially for this American traveler. Our host was responsive to any questions I had throughout our stay. Although we did make an effort to clean up after ourselves, checking out was so easy - just lock and go. Highly recommend!
