Good to know

The garden flat is a self-contained space and has a bathroom with walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen, living area and bedroom to the rear. The patio is all yours to use! We haven't had a chance to fix the lower levels of the garden yet so we've had to put a padlock on the gate for now.

Please note, if you book for 2 guests, but would like to use the sofabed it'll cost £20 one time fee to cover our extra linen&towels cost. If you book for 3 guests, it is included in the price. *** From 11 July for approximately 2 weeks there will be scaffolding up, as there are works being done on the building roof. ***

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 10pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Please pay attention to the keys. Fee for losing the keys / damaging the keys / getting locked out / not putting the keys back into the lockbox upon checkout: £70 (Please note, after 9:00pm we can't guarantee to solve a situation mentioned above.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £50 + £25 per every hour started - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £200 + associated extra cleaning costs

The flat is all yours during your stay. The garden flat is located down a single staircase from street level. The front door has a keypad and the flat itself has a keysafe so you can get in as soon as you arrive, no handover required.
