This clean, spacious, warm and quiet flat is perfect for a solo leisure or business traveler. It has a double bed (complete with new professionally laundered premium bedding) to provide comfortable accommodation. This is a one bedroom apartment occupying the entire ground floor of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the center.

Other Details to Note

Access Access is via the pair of metal gates at the top of the drive. Please note the padlock and apply it whenever you park or leave. The padlock opens with a code 0043 and you must push the button on the bottom. Please ensure you cancel the code by turning the ciphers to avoid unauthorised entry. The gates are operated manually against the small pistons. The ramp The ramp is very narrow so make sure your car is centred and it may be necessary to pull in your wing mirrors especially going through the gates. Turntable The turntable is there to assist you turning in the courtyard and is not to be used by children. Any objects dropped down the crack around the perimeter of the turntable will be irretrievable so take care with car keys, jewellery etc. Also be careful to avoid standing over the crack or allowing children to touch or stand near the crack. The control panel is a grey metal box mounted near the corner of the low wall. The key is permanently engaged and turns two ways depending which way you wish your car to turn. There is a red emergency cut-out button. Make sure all 4 wheels of your car are on the turntable otherwise the resistance will damage the motor and drive belt Make sure the overhang of the front and rear of your car are within the turning circle to avoid hitting the side wall. Operate the key carefully and watch the turning car to ensure that it doesn’t hit the wall. There is a short time lag when using the key so operate slowly and with care. Disclaimer Your Hosts provide parking and turning for your convenience but you must ensure that you take all reasonable care to protect your car from damage when using the gates, ramp and turntable. Your Hosts accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury that may occur when using these facilities. Do not allow children to use the turntable as a ‘merry-go-round’. It is very tempting but will reduce the life of the drive belt and small children may trap their hands or toes in the crack or fall over when the motor is engaged. Concierge Your Hosts engage a watchman/handyman called Ray to maintain the areas, carry out essential repairs and act as security cover. Ray occupies the flat above the garage and has access via the ramp and courtyard. Do not be concerned if you see him arriving or leaving and in extreme emergencies he can be called to help on 07577 667372

Our apartment is located right in the heart of Bath. This apartment could not get any more central in a stones throw from every major attraction and yet still very quiet in the property. Bath is a vibrant city, and there is an almost endless list of sights to see, places to eat and drink and things to do during your time here. Historic sites, buildings, parks and monuments, museums, art galleries, watching Bath Rugby play at The Rec, the Bath Christmas Market theatres, shops, afternoon tea, walks, boating, bike riding, day trips to the ancient monuments of Stonehenge and Avebury, and relaxing in the therapeutic waters at the Thermae Bath Spa. Some travel books and leaflets are provided in the apartment, and the Bath Tourist Information Centre adjacent to Bath Abbey is very helpful if you need more information. A great stay! A really central location, meaning everything was walkable, the car parking and turntable were an added bonus too. It’s a stunning little apartment, and I’d love to know the history of the building. Thank you for a brilliant visit.

Very good location in city centre. Keyless entry so no worrying about taking keys out with you. About 5 minutes walk to the Roman Baths. Very close to train and bus stations. I drive a VW Passat estate (quite long!) and had no problems using the car turnstile or entrance ramp. One tip I would give is to make sure you open the entrance gates before driving up the ramp as there’s not enough room to open your car door when you get to them!! Expect a little noise into the night as it’s in the city centre. There’s an amazing bath within an archway in the bathroom which I didn’t use as there’s a separate shower. WiFi speed was around 28mbps download but less that 1mbps upload for those wanting to work whilst staying.

We stayed at John’s place for a few days earlier this week! Everything was amazing! The flat feels super private yet you are situated right in the city centre of Bath! You can literally walk wherever you may want to go! Loads of great restaurants around and a lovely kitchen to cook in at home! Would definitely recommend.

This was a last minute booking for us and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and very conveniently located close to the center of the town, restaurants and most importantly the grocery store. The host was communicated with us when we had a questions and was very helpful. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable living room bedroom and well equipped kitchen. There is nothing more you need here. We liked this place so much we extended our stay by another day. Thank you very much for such a great experience. We were also able to walk to the bars, restaurants and the square to catch the tours for Stonehenge. People in this town are really nice, and the host is super nice too. Nothing

We just love this place – this was our third visit! Fantastic central location, just minutes from shops, spa, theatre, cinemas, markets etc – and with off street parking place. We’ll be back!
