- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 9pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out/locking the key inside upon checkout: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started. - Unauthorised sealed pack spare linen&towels use: £40 per pack opened. - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs.
