Recently refurbished from top to bottom, this characterful 3-bedroom cottage combines the warmth of a traditional period home with fresh, contemporary touches throughout. It’s an ideal base for remote workers seeking peace and space, couples looking for a relaxed weekend away, or families settling in for a longer stay.

Sink into the super-comfy L-shaped sofa after a day exploring the city or surrounding hills, and enjoy a film night on the 65” LG Smart TV. The cottage layout is full of personality, with wooden stairs leading up through two further floors: one bedroom and the bathroom on the first floor, and two cosy bedrooms tucked away at the top of the house. A rare perk in Bath — there’s free on-street parking with no restrictions. As it’s a residential area, you may need to walk a minute or two to the front door, but guests really appreciate the convenience and flexibility it offers.

Such a lovely warm cottage with enough space yet Really cosy perfect setting for Christmas stay there again in a heartbeat thank you Johnny 😊 only thing no hairdryer I bought one it was fine 🤣

Our family enjoyed our stay in Batheaston, on the bus line to the city and in walking distance of a lovely pub on the river for dinner. Nice house, with everything we needed- warm when we arrived late at night. Will be back if we are in Bath again!

Lovely little cottage. Nice set up inside, very clean and comfortable. My family very much enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Lots of steep stairs for anyone else who might be travelling with a toddler, can be a little precarious but that’s not a fault of the host at all!

It was very peaceful place 15mins away from bath city centre... house had enough amenities to spend for couple of days with family .... sofa on living room was so comfortable and bed on first and second floor well maintained and range of things provided in kitchen was very useful over all good stay to explore bath One suggestion I would give is if dishwasher was there time spent to clean vessels would be a saver .... one of reason we take Airbnb to cook and eat than relying on restaurants...

Dieses Cottage war wirklich geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war zum Wohlfühlen. Die Bilder auf booking.com beschreiben ausnahmsweise tatsächlich den Realzustand. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Perfekt! Es gibt nur einen Punkt: Parkplätze in der Straße sind in Wahrheit schlichtweg nicht zu bekommen. Es bleibt nur die Parkplatzsuche an der Hauptstraße.
