- Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £40 per every hour started
- Unauthorised sealed pack spare linen&towels use: £40 per pack opened
- Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs

Lovely little cottage. Nice set up inside, very clean and comfortable. My family very much enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.
Lots of steep stairs for anyone else who might be travelling with a toddler, can be a little precarious but that’s not a fault of the host at all!

It was very peaceful place 15mins away from bath city centre... house had enough amenities to spend for couple of days with family .... sofa on living room was so comfortable and bed on first and second floor well maintained and range of things provided in kitchen was very useful over all good stay to explore bath
One suggestion I would give is if dishwasher was there time spent to clean vessels would be a saver .... one of reason we take Airbnb to cook and eat than relying on restaurants...

Lovely quiet location easy to commute in and out of town via the bus from the top of the road
Parking was pretty easy to be fair no issues over our weekend stay

Dieses Cottage war wirklich geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war zum Wohlfühlen. Die Bilder auf booking.com beschreiben ausnahmsweise tatsächlich den Realzustand. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Perfekt! Es gibt nur einen Punkt: Parkplätze in der Straße sind in Wahrheit schlichtweg nicht zu bekommen. Es bleibt nur die Parkplatzsuche an der Hauptstraße.
