Good to know

Our apartment is located on the first floor of a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse. Everything in there is yours to use. We have a smart TV as well as a fully functioning kitchen. There is a dedicated small room, stylishly decorated making it a perfect space to work from home. The apartment has all the period features you'd expect from a Georgian flat: high ceilings, working shutters, picture rails and cast-iron fireplaces. We also provide some basic essentials so when you arrive you can make tea and coffee. - Double bedroom - Bed linen and towels - Fully-equipped kitchen - Georgian features - Flat-screen Smart TV - Free WiFi - 5 min level walk to the city-centre

Other Details to Note

With it being a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse we heat the apartment with oil filled radiators and have two extra 'scandi' heater fans which are very effective.

Fee for losing the keys / damaging the keys / getting locked out / not putting the keys back into the lockbox upon checkout: £99 (Please note, after 8:00pm we can't guarantee to solve a situation mentioned above.)
